Approach
Traceable from the first question to daily operation.
Not a methodology with an invented name, but five steps that have proven themselves in practice.
- 01
First conversation
free of charge
You describe the situation, we ask questions. At the end there is a rough assessment: what the actual bottleneck is, how much a solution would take and whether it is worth it at all.
- By phone, online or at your premises
- No obligation and no sales presentation
- An honest no if another provider fits better
- 02
Analysis & proposal
a few days
We take a closer look at processes, systems and figures and describe our proposal in writing — including effort, sequence and open questions.
- Written proposal in plain language
- Effort broken into stages instead of one large number
- Naming the risks, not only the opportunities
- 03
Delivery in stages
visible throughout
We work in manageable steps. You see a usable version early rather than a surprise at the end — and can change direction along the way.
- Regular interim versions to look at and try out
- Changes are assessed before they are implemented
- A fixed contact person throughout delivery
- 04
Rollout & training
as needed
A solution only works once it is used. We support the rollout, train the people involved on their real tasks and document what deserves documenting.
- Training on real cases from your business
- Material that stays useful after the session
- Handover of all access and documentation to you
- 05
Operation & evolution
for as long as you like
After launch we stay responsible: updates, monitoring, support and improvements. Without being tied to a package you never wanted.
- Maintenance and support with defined response times
- Monitoring of availability, backups and security
- Further development in small, predictable steps
Working together
Three ways of working together.
Which one fits is settled in the first conversation. Switching is possible at any time.
Project
A clearly defined undertaking with a set scope — a new website, an automation or a migration. Effort and stages are agreed in writing beforehand.
Retainer
Ongoing support with an agreed number of hours per month. Sensible for companies without their own IT who want someone reliably reachable.
Time and materials
Occasional support, advice or smaller adjustments. Billed by the time actually spent, transparently documented.
We do not publish flat prices, because without knowing the situation they say nothing. You receive the effort in writing before you decide.
Common questions
What clients want to know beforehand.
We do not know exactly what we want yet. Is that a problem?
No, that is the normal case. That is exactly what the first conversation is for. Often the first useful insight is that the originally intended project is not the most urgent one.
Do we have to have everything done by you?
No. We are happy to take on everything, but we work just as well alongside your existing agency, your accountant or your internal IT. We record responsibilities in writing so nothing falls between the cracks.
What happens to our data?
Your data stays your data. We prefer hosting in Switzerland or the EU, keep access tight and document who can access what. For AI projects we clarify in advance which data a service is allowed to see at all.
Will we depend on you afterwards?
No more than you want to. Access, source code and documentation belong to you and are handed over. Switching remains possible at any time — which is the most honest incentive for us to do good work.
How quickly can you start?
That depends on capacity and scope. We take on smaller adjustments and support cases at short notice and plan larger undertakings together. We will tell you in the first conversation what is realistic.
Let us talk about your project.
A first conversation costs nothing and usually clarifies more than a long concept paper. Get in touch — by phone or email.
